REGISTRATIONS

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, lunch/teas/coffees and VAT, but NOT accommodation. Confirmation of registration together with a receipt for payment, will be forwarded by the Secretariat.

A discounted registration rate is offered to all members of the four joint societies: The BMFMS, BAPM, NNS and NNA. Early bird rates are also available. Rates are as follows:

Medical (Clinician)

Members early (on or before 28th February 2008): £295.00
Members late (after 28th February 2008): £335.00
   
Non-member early (on or before 28th February 2008): £350.00
Non-member late (after 28th February 2008): £365.00
   
Non Medical (includes Nurses)  
Members early (on or before 28th February 2008): £130.00
Members late (after 28th February 2008): £150.00
   
Non-member early (on or before 28th February 2008): £150.00
Non-member late (after 28th February 2008): £170.00

HOW TO REGISTER
Delegates can register ON-LINE for the conference, using a secure credit/debit card payment site. Click here to register online.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
• Payment must be made in GBP £
• Cheques should be made payable to Perinatal Medicine 2008
• Payment can be made on-line using the following cards:
  Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard
  Debit cards: Maestro or Visa Delta
All on-line card payments (both credit and debit cards) are subject to an additional charge of 2.95%.
• For hard copy registration forms the additional 2.95% charge only applies to credit not debit cards.
• Card payments cannot be taken by telephone as written authorisation is required.
• American Express payments can only be made with a hard copy of the Registration Booking Form. We are unable to accept on-line payment using American Express


CONFIRMATION
Delegates will be sent written confirmation of their registration and accommodation,
together with a receipt for payment and confirmation of the ‘Meet the Experts Session’ booked. Further conference information, including directional maps and final details will be available to download from this website 2 weeks prior to the conference. All registered delegates will be sent a link to access this information by email.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Please note that named substitutions can be made at any time. Payment of any refunds due will be made by the Secretariat after the conference.

Cancellations received in writing will be refunded after the conference at the
following rates:

Before 3rd March 2008  50% of registration fee refunded
Between 3rd March 2008 – 1st May 2008 25% of registration fee refunded
After 1st May 2008 We regret no refund can be made but substitutions can be made at any time
